Who will be evaluating the results.?
The evaluation of the research work is done by professionally qualified individual with a law degree from law colleges that are recognised by Bar Council Of India. The specialised area of evaluators is mainly case law research. The evaluators have vast experience in evaluation and generation of data points ( fixed and variable) for case laws from various courts on India ( Supreme court, High courts and Tribunals). The experience of the evaluators is not considered with number of years of experience, but number of case laws that each of these evaluators has researched for various data points generation. Every evaluator is experienced with minimum 10,000 case laws and up to 30,000 case laws for fixed and variable data points.
