A good research involves searching for underlying principles of finding, understanding, and applying the law. Every law student and practicing attorney must be able to find, read, analyze, and interpret case law. Case Law Research is the steps that involve a systematic, careful, diligent and thorough investigation of a various parameters and elements in the given Case Law. The Case Law Research should be conclusive for specific question with justified reasoning that is attained by deep study of case law, termed are case law research.

The Case Law Research is in-depth analysis of Case Laws, mainly governed by the following three categories that formulate the complete case law.

• Variable Data Points

• Elements
