Case law are the complete transcipts of the case hearing and the argument. From a research point of view, case laws comprises of the various variable and fixed data point that can also be like various parameters in case law and basic data for research.

In this article we wont be discussing about the variable data points but the fixed data points in that are present in each case laws. These data points are the data collected from the case laws, each can be the research topic for any law professionals.
